Description
Saxoboard Deep Primer is a primer for the pre-treatment of absorbent substrates for the subsequent application of tile adhesives, levelling compounds, plasters or paint coats in interior and exterior areas.
Areas of application:
Priming of:
- Concrete, lightweight concrete and aerated concrete
- masonry
- Cement and calcium sulphate screeds
- Cement, lime and gypsum plasters
- Fibre cement boards
- Plasterboard
- Plasterboards
Application instructions:
The substrate must be in the following condition:
- absorbent, clean and frost-free
- load-bearing
- free of grease, paint, separating agents and loose particles
Substrate type: Application of Saxoboard Deep Primer
- Absorbent mineral substrates = diluted 1 x 1:1 with water
- Gypsum substrates/ calcium sulphate screeds = 2 x undiluted
- Gypsum plasterboard = 1 x undiluted (only on joints finished with gypsum filler)
