The shipping costs depend on the delivery destination, the value of the goods and the size of the parcel. After dispatch you will receive a tracking number. Further details on the shipping process can be found in the frequently asked questions.

Shipping costs for large format tiles

Due to the transport conditions, additional direct shipping costs are incurred for several large format tiles if the order is not collected by the customer. Within a radius of 120 km, these are €116.97. If the distance to the place of delivery is more than 120 km, the shipping costs are €341.18.

P.O. boxes / packing stations

P.O. boxes or packing stations cannot be supplied.

Island surcharge

For the following postcode areas Saxoboard charges an island surcharge of 78,- EUR on packaging and shipping:

Deliveries to non-EU and EU countries

Swiss customers will of course receive a refund of VAT on presentation of the customs declaration.

Deliveries to non-EU countries are subject to additional customs duties, taxes and fees. Further information on customs duties can be found here and on import sales tax here and specifically for Switzerland here

Payment methods

Payment in advance

In the e-mail you receive to confirm your order, you will find the total amount of your order and our account number. Once the total amount has been credited to our account, your goods will be dispatched as quickly as possible. The order will only be dispatched after full payment has been received. If we have not received payment within 14 days of receiving your order, your order will be cancelled automatically and free of charge.

For bank transfers from abroad: Please understand that any bank charges incurred for a transfer order must be borne in full by you. If the amount received on our bank account differs by a bank charge, we reserve the right to deliver until the order value has been paid in full.

Note on refunds: If an order that has already been paid for in advance cannot be executed, we will refund the amount paid in advance within three working days of the order being cancelled.

You are covered for prepayment in our shop up to € 2,500.

Payment by purchase on account (PayPal)

Secure and convenient purchase on account is carried out via our partner PayPal. You do not need your own PayPal account to purchase on account. The invoice must be paid directly to PayPal within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Your contractual partner is the Saxoboard company from which you ordered your goods; Saxoboard then assigns its purchase price claims against you to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. ("PayPal"). You can continue to assert your warranty rights against the merchant. Payments, however, can only be made to PayPal with discharging effect. You undertake to provide truthful and complete information in the context of your purchase on account. PayPal reserves the right to request further data. If you do not provide further information when requested by PayPal, this may lead to restrictions on the use of purchase on account. You must be at least 18 years old to use purchase on account. We must carry out a credit check before authorising purchase on account. We consider several factors when reviewing applications. The decision on your application is based on an automated process. If you have any questions, you can reach us from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 9.30 p.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. on 0800 723 4730. Your call is free of charge from all German mobile and landline networks. From abroad, please call +353 1 436 9003, international charges may apply. You are obliged to pay the purchase price to PayPal. In the event that you do not fulfil your payment obligation on time, PayPal is entitled to charge a flat-rate reminder fee as damages for late payment. This does not affect your right to prove that a lower loss has been incurred. The reminder fees are as follows: 1st reminder: EUR 4.70 2nd reminder: a further EUR 4.70 Further collection charges may be incurred, return debit note charges do not apply.

Payment by credit card, direct debit (PayPal PLUS) and PayPal

With PayPal PLUS, we offer the three most popular payment methods in our shop - PayPal, direct debit (SEPA-compliant) and credit card. You can pay with the leading credit card services such as Visa, MasterCard and many others via PayPal PLUS. For credit card payments via our partner "PayPal", we offer you the highest level of technical security using the latest encryption technologies. Your personal credit card details are used exclusively for the purchase process and are not stored in the online shop. You do not need your own PayPal account to pay by credit card via PayPal PLUS.

Payment by instant bank transfer

sofortueberweisung.de is an innovative payment method with TÜV certificate and TÜV-tested transaction security, developed and provided by Payment Network AG. Using Payment Network AG's secure payment form, which is not accessible to merchants, sofortueberweisung.de automatically sets up a transfer in your online bank account in real time. The purchase amount is transferred immediately and directly to the Saxoboard GmbH bank account.

Your advantages: Goods in stock are dispatched within 24 hours as soon as we receive confirmation that your payment has been successfully completed at sofort.com. This eliminates delays caused by bank transit times compared to payment in advance and your order can be dispatched more quickly. In addition, you as the end customer do not need to register in order to use Sofortüberweisung as a payment method.

As secure as your online banking: The TÜV-certified transaction security guarantees a payment process that is as secure as your usual online banking. SOFORT AG is just a technical intermediary between us and your bank. It is nothing more than a postman who sends the PIN and TAN data in a sealed letter. You do not disclose your PIN and TAN, your data is transmitted to your bank in encrypted form. The security of the data transfer and in particular the encryption and security of the PIN and TAN data is checked by TÜV Saarland, which has also issued SOFORT AG with the "Tested Data Protection" seal of approval.

Saxoboard.net reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases and to dispatch goods by prepayment for written orders without specifying the method of payment.

We ask for your understanding that we do not offer payment against invoice and that payment by sending cash or cheques is unfortunately not possible. We exclude any liability for loss in this respect.

In the event of any returns, the invoice amount may be reduced accordingly.
