Saxoboard assembly adhesive MS polymer adhesive

Saxoboard assembly adhesive (310 ml cartridge form) for extremely force-fit bonding, even between shower element and adjoining wall and floor. Particularly suitable if the walls are already tiled (e.g. renovation) and no more sealing tape can be glued in the corner area.

The MS polymer adhesive is an elastic, moisture-curing adhesive and sealant for bonding and sealing Saxoboard building boards.
The Saxoboard assembly adhesive is compatible with components made of wood, many metals and plastics as well as mineral building materials.

Areas of application:

• Bonding Saxoboard building boards
• Sealing the joints in Saxoboard boards
• For bonding wood, metal, glass and tiles

Substrate preparation:

The substrate must be in the following condition:

• dry, clean and frost-free
• load-bearing
• free of grease, paint, cement residue, separating agents
• and loose particles
• Degrease smooth materials in advance with rubbing alcohol

Processing:

• Before using Saxoboard MS polymer adhesive, cut off the cap
  above the cartridge thread
• Screw the enclosed spray nozzle onto the thread and
  cut at an angle according to the joint width
• Apply Saxoboard assembly adhesive under flank pressure
  by hand pressure or air pressure gun
• Smooth out any unevenness directly after grouting using a spatula

If necessary, the curing process can be accelerated by moistening the surface
