Saxoboard shower channel super flat

With a total installation height of just 5.3 cm with a horizontal outlet, the Saxoboard shower channel is one of the flattest channels on the market. It is made of full stainless steel and has an integrated siphon for easy cleaning.

The optional hard foam base can be built to any height using screed, adhesive or other hard foam. The hard foam base can also be shortened.

The installation height of just 5.3 cm is not increased by the hard foam base! This is used for better positioning in the screed and does not need to be underlaid.

This high-quality stainless steel shower channel features an attractive designer grate. You can choose from different versions and opt for a shiny polished or matt brushed surface. With the stylish Saxoboard shower channels, you can complete contemporary shower solutions of the highest standard.

Saxoboard shower channels and the corresponding gratings are made of stainless steel to DIN 1.4301. Both the material and the design ensure optimum strength and resistance to deformation. An electrochemical polish protects against deposits, ensures reliable connection of the drainage channel to the waterproofing and increases corrosion resistance. The metallic surface of the shower channel not only keeps dirt particles out, but also impresses with its elegant appearance.

The shower channels can be customised to suit any installation location. The installation height of the drainage channel starts at 5.3 cm with a horizontal outlet and can be varied by laying it in the mortar bed. The low installation height of these Saxoboard shower channels is particularly advantageous for bathroom conversions. A vertical outlet can only be realised with a 90 degree bend.

The technical solution of the drain and odour trap is crucial for the proper functioning of floor drainage channels. The Saxoboard drainage system enables easy and perfect cleaning of the odour trap right up to the drain pipe. A drainage rate of 36 litres/min is guaranteed for the entire service life of the shower channel. The drainage capacity is also suitable for the popular large-format shower heads.

As anew addition to our shower channels, you cannow also order a high-quality slope wedge made of XPS rigid foam. This is coated on both sides with a special waterproof coating and has an integrated slope on one side. The thickness of the slope board is 22 mm at the thickest point and decreases to 11 mm in the channel area. Thanks to its flat and very stable design, our slope board is suitable for almost all installation situations. The slope wedge can be cut to size with a cutter knife or jigsaw without losing the guarantee.
