You can specify a different delivery address when placing your order. P.O. boxes or packing stations cannot be delivered to.

The delivery time of your order may vary depending on the product and is usually 2-4 days. (Due to the current situation, the delivery time may be extended.) The respective delivery time can be found on the respective product detail page.

All elements are manufactured ex works. In rare cases, there may be delivery bottlenecks or queries regarding the configuration.

Yes, when shipping with our shipping partner, you will receive a number with which you can track the dispatch of your order. The prerequisite for this is that your order has already been dispatched.

If you provide a mobile phone number with your order, you will receive a text message from our shipping partner before delivery with information on the exact delivery time. You can then coordinate the delivery time individually with our shipping partner. Please also note the Shipping costs

If you do not wish to receive the goods as quickly as possible, but on a desired date, please enclose a message with your order (if separately by e-mail, please state the order number). For customised products, please note the minimum delivery times stated with the product. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order.

Every customer receives an e-mail with a consignment number when the goods are dispatched. You can use this to contact the local delivery company directly. Of course, you can also ask us for information at any time. If the goods have not arrived within 3 days of receiving the dispatch notification, please contact us.

No, we always ship ex works. However, fast deliveries throughout Germany and Europe are possible.

In principle, it is possible to cancel your order until it has been dispatched. Depending on the order status, we will only charge you a processing fee or the services provided to date.

Secure shipping is required for returns. The dispatch of shower elements is time-consuming and cost-intensive, so please contact us if you have any complaints.

Our colour samples are binding.

There is no measuring or installation service for our products. Most of the products are installed by private customers. The products are therefore very easy to install and are already sealed at the factory. We are happy to provide telephone support, even on Sundays and public holidays. Please contact the customer service.

The sealing fleece is ideal for mosaic and large-format tiles.

The mineral coating is even more stable and is recommended, for example, when tiling with small mosaic tiles and using a shower or wheelchair.

The epoxy resin coating serves as a substrate for a covering of concrete or decorative filler with a thickness of 2-3 mm as well as linoleum.

The shower elements are 100% sealed and no additional sealing is required on the surface. This also applies to mineral and epoxy resin coatings.

The mineral coating is not compatible with the sealing fleece. Please order a sealing set here for complete edge sealing.

No. However, internal sealing corners are also recommended, as the edge projection must be cut into the corner area.

The moisture resistance compared to EPS is slightly higher. Further information on EPS and XPS rigid foam.

Vertical: drain is led directly under the shower into the floor

Horizontal: Drain is routed under the shower element to the side of the element, e.g. because the drain is on the wall.

The drain variants can be interchanged to a limited extent: For Standard, Smallline and Slimline with point drain, the drain variant (vertical/horizontal) can be exchanged. However, the installation height of the drain must remain the same for the standard shower element. Shower elements with channel can generally be exchanged.

Central: drain position exactly in the centre of the shower element

decentralised: drain position offset from the centre. You can enter your personalised dimensions here.

With the corner drain, the drain sits exactly in the corner of the shower element with a distance of 6.5 cm from the edge to the centre of the drain.

With a decentralised drain position, you are free to decide where the drain should be. The minimum distance from the centre of the drain to the edge of the shower element is 12 cm.

Ensure a level and stable surface. You can use our inexpensive substructure elements for this.

Specify the dimensions up to the ready-to-install wall and any adjoining floor (no unfinished dimensions). Also allow a gap of at least 5 mm on each side.

These shower elements are special customised products. The sketches are therefore always customised.

These cut edges are present, but very fine and only partially visible against the light, as different milling cutters are used here.

All tileable shower elements must have an additional surface. This can be tiles, but also a screed or linoleum surface. The flat acrylic shower trays are completely finished and do not need to be provided with an additional surface.

All tile sizes are possible.

As a rule, the maturity is sufficient. To be on the safe side, please contact our customer service, if they are special rain showers.
