Ordering process - easy and convenient ordering at saxoboard.net

How can I order from saxoboard.net? Five steps to your desired product.

Step 1 - Product configuration

  • Select the Saxoboard® product you would like to order.
  • Specify important features of your product, e.g. drainage direction and installation height.
  • Enter the desired number of products.
  • Confirm your product configuration by clicking the "Add to basket" button. Your selection is placed in the shopping basket.
  • Clicking on the "Add to shopping basket" button takes you to the next order step.

Step 2 - Shopping basket: Check product selection & determine shipping method

  • In your shopping basket you will see all the products you have selected and their characteristics.
  • You can change the number of products in the shopping basket if necessary.
  • Decide whether you want your order to be dispatched by our carrier or collected by yourself.

Step 3 - Continue order

  • Continue your order at saxoboard.net by ordering as a visitor, setting up a personal account as a new customer or registering as a Saxoboard® customer.
  • Saxoboard® customers log in with their e-mail address and password. Your advantage is that you already have customer details such as billing and shipping address.
  • If you register as a new customer, you can be sure that your data will be collected, processed and used in compliance with data protection regulations (data protection notice). Your data will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties.
  • By clicking the "Order" button, you will be taken to the next order step.

Step 4 - Select order summary & payment method

  • Firstly, check your billing and delivery address in the order summary.
  • Select your desired payment method. saxoboard.net offers you a range of secure payment options. Choose from our e-payment options (sofortüberweisung.de, PayPal) or pay in advance or cash on delivery. Confirm your selection by clicking on the corresponding button.

Finally, you will find an overview of your order with the products you have selected. Check once again that all the details are correct.

Step 5 - Finalise the order process

  • Please read the Cancellation policy and our General terms and conditions carefully.
  • You can only proceed with the order if you agree to the cancellation policy and the terms and conditions (tick the box).
  • By clicking on the "Finalise order" button, you are sending your order to us. By doing so, you are submitting a legally binding offer.
