Thermobound 200L EPS lightweight concrete fill

Thermobound EPS fill 200 litres(bags of 200 litres). Thermobound 200 litres is non-combustible. Building authority approved Z-23.11-2060. The fill is ready for covering after 24 hours at approx. 20°. Tested thermal conductivity value of 0.054W/mk achieved.
Thermobound® can be used as levelling and insulation for installations, unevenness, vaults, slopes or wooden beam ceilings. It can also be used as a substructure for screeds of all kinds, swimming pool backfill and terrace substructures.

As soon as many pipes are laid in the floor, it becomes difficult to use pure sheet material. The effort involved in cutting each pipe out of the insulation would be too great.

The cement-bound levelling fill "Thermobound" is used here. The EPS, which is already provided with a binding agent at the factory, is mixed with cement on site and can be laid very easily. The fill is ready for covering after just 24 hours, has a low bulk density and is still non-combustible.
