Description

This level-access shower tray is perfect for installation in walk-in showers.

The surface made of high-quality solid surface material is elegant and available in homogeneous white (RAL 9016) , grey (RAL 7035) or black (RAL 8022) as well as other colours.

Solid surface shower trays

  • Attractive, homogeneous surface
  • Seamless connections possible, hygienic and non-porous
  • Particularly durable and colour-fast
  • incl. Jung Plancofix Line pump system
  • Very stable and wheelchair-accessible
  • Acid-resistant, scratch and impact-resistant
  • Customised designs possible in a short time

Water-impermeable expanded polystyrene (EPS rigid foam) serves as the basis for the shower tray, to which a continuous solid surface is applied. The important drainage slope is already integrated into the shower tray. This shape enables an elegant and barrier-free shower with a high-quality finish and uncompromising design.

Drain and installation height

The flat shower element with Plancofix pump system benefits from a minimal overall installation depth. The Plancofix Jung Line pump is already pre-assembled. The sealing and decoupling membrane is also already integrated ex works. A 7 cm edge projection of the waterproof sealing membrane is integrated all the way round. This serves as a seal to neighbouring components such as walls and floors.

Total installation depths

The total installation depth is made up of the thickness of the shower element and the height of the pump system. The shower element is 5 cm thick in the edge area (shower element 4 cm + 1 cm solid surface panel). The pump protrudes 6.5 cm at the bottom. You can optionally order a substructure element up to 10 cm thick (free of charge). This is then glued to the substrate and the shower element. The recess for the pump is already integrated in the substrate element at the factory. All you have to do is cut out your pipework from the substrate element using a cutter knife or jigsaw.

The sealing membrane surface is also suitable for applications with above-average point loads (e.g. use of a shower chair or wheelchair). The stability remains unaffected!

Freedom when installing the shower and the drain position

The drain system included with the shower tray offers a full range of options for installation and positioning.

The position of the point drain within the shower is freely selectable. If you wish, you can position the point drain not only in the centre, but also at the edge. To do this, select the decentralised drain position option.

Plancofix Line pump from Jung Pumpen JP50177

  • Installation depth of the pump 8 cm (with insulating tray 9 cm)
  • Optimum sound decoupling thanks to insulating tray (< 30 dB)
  • For showers up to 25 l/min
  • 1 inch pressure pipe
  • Drain cover with channel
  • 120 cm channel can be infinitely shortened by simply cutting to length
  • Electrical supply line 5 metres long

The Plancofix Line pump system only requires an installation depth of 8 cm. When using the insulation tray supplied, the depth is 9 cm. The reduction in installation depth is achieved by using a slightly smaller but still powerful synchronous motor with non-clogging hydraulics.

The motor is characterised by its extremely quiet operation. The noise level is below 30 d(B)A and is therefore barely perceptible.

Plancofix plus JP50177 is not a lifting unit in accordance with DIN EN 12050-2, but has been specially designed for draining showers (max. 25 l/min). The water can be fed from the shower either directly from above via the floor drain or from the side via a connection piece (1 inch).

100% tightness around the edges

For absolute tightness, the shower tray has an applied sealing fleece, which has a 7 cm "fleece overhang" all round.

The overhang is simply glued to the wall and the neighbouring floor. This ensures 100 per cent impermeability around the edges.

SaxoPET Eco

You have a choice of three different backing materials. All are highly pressure-resistant. SaxoPET Eco is the world's first sustainable substrate material for showers that is made from 100% recycled PET and is also highly pressure-resistant (compressive strength 110 tonnes/m²).

Fully integrated electric or hot water underfloor heating (optional)

On request, a fully integrated electric underfloor heating system can be installed at the factory. Only the connection cables then protrude from the shower tray, which only need to be connected to the existing power supply. If you would like a hot water heating system for our shower trays, please send us your existing underfloor heating pipe. We will then integrate this completely into the shower tray. The connections for this look out at the points you specify (these are configured at the top). The heating integrated into the shower element does not increase the installation height/thickness of the shower element.

You will receive a thermostat for convenient regulation of the floor temperature with the electric floor heating.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return these shower elements, as they are customised to your order.
