Sloped insulation for floor and roof made individually from EPS/ XPS and PUR

Your customised roof slope insulation - one price for all slope types. You calculate and order your insulation above and send us a sketch after your order to info@saxoboard.net or by fax to 03522 - 52 66 529.
All we need to order is the length x width x thickest point of the insulation. The length and width are irrelevant for the order. This will be shown in your sketch and will only be produced once we have clarified any questions with you.
You will receive a numbered installation plan with the delivery. The individual panels are labelled accordingly.

Rigid foam insulation boards optionally made of polystyrene (EPS Styropor) or XPS (Styrodur) manufactured in accordance with DIN EN 13163.

A sloping roof is always used where water is to be channelled to the roof drains on a flat roof surface. According to the flat roof guidelines, such a slope should have an incline of at least 2%. However, on request and if the structural conditions require it, we can also produce any other pitch. In addition to your sketch, we create a laying plan and parts list. Then the individual sloping boards are produced according to the parts list. Saxoboard supplies the exact number of sloping tiles required. We produce and sell the EPS sloped roof under the Saxoboard brand. The Saxoboard sloped roof is flame-retardant and is produced in the qualities WLG 035 - 100/200 kPa and WLG 035 - 520 kPa (highly pressure-resistant), WLG 032 on request.

The EPS quality with WLG 035 - 100 kPa is used for unused roofs.
The EPS quality with WLG 035 - 200 kPa is used for utilised roofs, for example terraces and balconies.
The XPS quality with WLG 035 - 300 kPa is used for utilised roofs, for example terraces and balconies.
New: EPS quality with WLG 035 - 520 kPa (highly pressure-resistant) is used for utilised roofs, for example terraces and balconies, as well as our shower elements.
New: PUR/PIR - WLG 023 for particularly high demands on the substrate such as moisture or installation height.

The sloped insulation is customised and therefore cannot be exchanged or returned.
