Description
Pressure-resistant EPS rigid foam insulation board with smooth edges. The screed insulation is manufactured in Germany and is quality-monitored. It has smooth edges and can be butt-jointed.
Styrofoam boards are suitable for insulation from the cellar to the roof in new and old buildings. The insulation boards can be used for both external and internal insulation.
Styrene is the raw material for the production of EPS foams, which are used in the construction sector for thermal and impact sound insulation. Through a chemical process known as polymerisation, the individual styrene molecules are linked together to form polymer chains - polystyrene. Styrene is found in nature. It is a colourless liquid that easily polymerises into polystyrene.
