Description

This tileable board from our Slimline range has a channel as a drainage solution and is characterised by its very flat overall installation height of just 65 mm, including horizontal (side) drain . The horizontal drain (DN40) can be rotated 360° in any direction. With a vertical (downwards) drain, the shower element even has an installation height of just 2.2 cm if the siphon can be sunk into the floor. The shower element can then be glued directly to the unfinished floor. The stainless steel shower channel has a slimline design to do justice to the flat appearance of the walk-in shower. The channel is already installed and has a removable odour trap with hair strainer. The integrated shower channel is height-adjustable from 8-20 mm for different tile thicknesses. If you require a lower upstand height, please make a note of this in your order. The shower element has a second drainage level in the channel area, so that installation can be made even safer.

Barrier-free installation

The ground-level Saxoboard® Slimline shower element with channel is suitable for the installation of floor-level showers of the highest standard. The Slimline shower element can also be used as a pedestal variant. The waterproof shower base element is made of expanded polystyrene hard foam and has a factory-applied sealing and decoupling membrane or a mineral coating for even higher point loads. The floor element can be individually tiled. Like all Saxoboard® shower elements, this Slimeline Board with channel also has an integrated slope for perfect water drainage. The Saxoboard® Slimline shower element with channel enables barrier-free showering. The board is suitable for wheelchair access.

100% impermeability at the edge

With this option, we leave a 7 cm overhang around the edge of the shower element with the sealing fleece applied. This overhang is simply glued up the wall and over the neighbouring floor. This allows you to achieve 100% impermeability in the edge area, because the shower element acts like a closed tray!

Fully integrated electric or hot water underfloor heating (optional)

No more standing with your feet on a cold shower floor in the morning. That's the promise of our elements with fully integrated electric underfloor heating, which can be installed at the factory on request. Only the connection cables then protrude from the shower element, which only need to be connected to the existing power supply. If you would like hot water heating for our shower elements, please send us your existing underfloor heating pipe. We will then integrate this completely into the shower element. The connections for this look out at the points you specify (these are configured above). The heating integrated into the shower element does not increase the installation height/thickness of the shower element.

Due to the special manufacturing technology, Slimline shower elements are customised products and therefore cannot be exchanged or returned. Your guarantee remains unaffected.
